Thoughts are biased. When ideas are passed from one person to another, due to the transfiguration of the communication process and the frame of mind of the receiver, they are always perceived with bias.
Inspired by the hectic atmosphere in Tokyo the design duo SHE has created a wallclock that lets you see time in a peaceful way. The minimalistic clock merges the surface with the hands to give a soft and calm interpretation of time.
“Bang! Lights Out!“ from Japanese design studio bitplay INC.(Jack Chang + Josh Cheng) gamifies the traditional desk lamp by adding a gun-shaped remote than not only turns the light off, but also causes the lampshade to tilt as if hit.
Beautiful minimalist desk designed by Dane, Søren Rose Kjær. The desk contains several rooms so that you can keep the work space clutter free.
It also has a cable drawer, cable exits, and an integrated front file.
Rotterdam designer Roeland Otten has designed a collection of 26 chairs, each spelling out one letter of the alphabet.
Called ABChairs, the seats can be arranged to form words.
The chairs are still concepts but Otten is looking for a label or manufacturer if you’re interested!
Although, limited editions of prototypes can be produced upon request.
